Yes, emails and Facebook messages are not working. They are missed, ignored, forgotten or redirected to the spam folder. Started delivering REAL PAPER LETTERS by hand. And it seems to work. Most people want to be on the list. Received first confirmation email. Lets see how many will forget to respond…
Few months of testing. Few upgrades, mostly backend. Data entry and scheduling is much less time consuming for me. Added locator to the frontend, so you can find yourself on the map if you get lost 🙂 Working on the possibility of direct input by the venue manager, if he/she has the time and inclination to do so. Some managers still need reminder to send gig lists, some have that already mastered to perfection.

20 June 2023 Chasing , sent another few emails. Sent few Facebook messages. The same principle applies over and over again. Well doing pubs are responding. The poor ones probably don’t even bother to read their emails anymore. I will keep chasing. I want them all to do well. But on the other hand, should I make them happy by force?

First is The Dolphin Pub (replied same day) . Pub, which is doing very well. Pub well managed. The pub that is probably least in need of my help. And another one The Lord Nelson. Same situation. They do well, but they never miss an opportunity to advertise. That’s why they do well….

23 April 2023 There’s already website hastingsrock.co.uk . It belongs to Hastings Rock Radio, I never heard before. Playing quite good music, though.. Well better than commercial radios.. Big fan from the day one. I’ll send them email with my idea. Maybe some feedback… (never responded…)
